Lead Time

The time it takes from ordering your hoop until the time it ships will vary depending on our current order volume.  The current lead time will be updated here based on that volume.  Currently our lead time on orders is 3 to 5 weeks from order date to ship date.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  USPS Express Mail as well as other shipping methods can be discussed if preferred or necessary.

International Shipping

We routinely ship orders to Canada.  Please be aware that the flat rate on items is currently $15USD at the current time.  When shipping to Canada, an additional cost may be added based on the cost of delivery to your particular province. Likewise, international shipping will require an additional shipping cost. Please contact us prior to ordering to get an estimate.

We will consider shipping anywhere, but be advised this will affect the shipping on warranty returns.

Multiple Item Orders

Shipping discounts can be given on multiple item orders.  This generally consists of refunding the difference after purchase, but can also be discussed prior to the order.  Just This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
