Here's an update on why I haven't been replying to emails...
I use Google to host my email. I have done so for years with personal accounts and it's a great way to manage email without having to keep it all locally. Gmail is generally a very good service with great features and it allows me to get to it from just about anywhere. Unfortunately it's been the complete opposite of these things lately.

). In doing so, they've got my accounts totally hosed. I haven't been able to get any messages from any of my lightedlifestyle.com email addresses, nor have I been able to get to the old ones. They've assured me they have the ability to at least get email restored as of today. They're not sure if I'll have access to my old emails quickly.
So, I would like to first apologize to everyone that has sent me correspondence I haven't been replying to. I'm not ignoring you. I'm simply not able to get them. I will be replying just as quickly as possible to emails as they come in and I get them.
I am still shipping hoops out just as quickly as possible!

With the ringing in of 2011 (which was over a month ago - crazy) there have been a lot of changes at Lighted Lifestyle. In no particular order, here they are!
- We have added a new LED choice - Green/Blue flash. The letter designation for this new choice is "M".
- We have added 3/4" PolyPro tubing! This has been a request of our customers for quite a while. We wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were dealing with when using PolyPro tubing in our hoops, so we tested this tubing and we're very pleased with it. Please note that since PolyPro tubing is more expensive than the HDPE tubing, there will be a cost to use it instead of the HDPE.
- We have moved into a new office. We actually did this in November, but hey, it bears mentioning even now.
- We have picked up a little help. The truth is that orders have come in at a faster and more consistent rate than we expected, so we've roped a couple friends into coming down to help. The hoop delivery time should reflect this in the next couple weeks and show a quicker ship time.
- We now have Lighted Lifestyle t-shirts! Look for them in the store soon!
2010 was a fantastic year for us. We hit a bump or two in the road, but we're very proud to have been able to make hoops and staffs for all of you. Thank you so very much and let's have an even better 2011!

After much consideration and even more waffling on this, we've set a deadline for Christmas orders. If you want a hoop by Christmas, it will need to be ordered by November 21st.
Please be aware that orders shipped internationally take longer to arrive, and shipping is more than hectic during the holidays. We'll do everything we can to make sure everybody gets their hoops before Christmas, but just wanted to note hat international shipping can sometimes be tricky and that's beyond our control.
We've already gotten lots of orders for gifts and we're excited to put hoops and staffs under the tree for everybody!
